Weekly Coaching Sessions
To reinforce your learnings, the package includes a weekly group coaching session during the 6 weeks. The groups have a maximum of 5 participants and work together with the guidance of a certified coach for 1 hour.
Make It Work For You
Since it’s app based, you can organise your practice. For it you only need 15min daily exercises split into five intervals. During the weekend you watch videos and listen to the audiobook to understand the insights. This material is divided into small chunks that you can digest at your convenience, just needing 1,5h in total.
