Convenient
Each session with me runs for about 60 minutes typically on Zoom or DingTalk.
During this time, we have an engaging conversation in a safe and confidential space.
Sessions 3-5
Further discoveries and possible breakthroughs happen, getting you closer to where you want to be.
First Call
We look at what you want to achieve. Figuring out what has and hasn’t worked before helps us to be more effective.
Sessions 6 onwards
We celebrate your wins, you have improved your confidence, resilience, and flexibility. Our success spreads into other areas of your life.
